Return authorization numbers are required to return product, contact us to receive a return authorization number. Call us at 317-219-3413 for an RA Number. Used, special order, and auction items may not be returned. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and resalable as new. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Team logo putters may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All orders automatically calculate shipping charges. If you have a question about shipping charges, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days; most orders are expected to be delivered within 7-10 days. Custom ordered items and golf bags may have shipping delays of 6 or more weeks and are not available for expedited shipping . If an order has some items shipped ahead, these items will be shipped with your chosen shipping rate; the remaining items will be shipped via Priority Mail. International orders will not be shipped ahead.
Because of increased Internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders over $50.00.
